Last year, my high school students completed year-long, student-directed 20% Time Projects. 20% Time (also known as Genius Hour) requires students to design, implement, and present projects that explore an interest or passion and then share their results with the community. They had 20% of class time to work on these projects.

In the presentation, I will provide concrete details and honest reflection so that participants can design their own 20% Time Projects; I will offer resources and time so that they can start their own journeys with students.
